Meet Our Founders
Dairy Reeves
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, moved to Los Angeles in 2006. She left behind family, church, and business but not her faith. Quickly after her transition to the US Dairy started organizing small prayer groups with her new friends. Friends who are dear to her heart to this day. So many years later her passion for Christ and love for the Word has only grown to be the driving force of her day to day and her very reason for being. Kingdom is her primary business.
Professionally, Dairy started her car rental business at the age of seventeen and has spent the majority of her working years in Sales and Finances. She currently leads a team of Sales Professionals and runs various businesses along with her husband.
More recently, she’s embarked on a new journey with Radiant Beauty, an opportunity for her to showcase healthy Dominican hairstyling techniques - a tribute to her mother and her roots - while also being able to continue her purpose of empowering women from all walks of life to be and feel their best, and to recognize their own radiance and beauty.
India Gault
India was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN and relocated to Los Angeles in 2015. She has devoted more than twenty years to the beauty industry, seeing her work not just as a career but as a true calling. With skill, patience, and a reputation for excellence, she has become a trusted figure known for blending her artistry with genuine care. Her goal is simple yet powerful: that every client who leaves her chair feels not only radiant on the outside, but also empowered and confident within.
At Radiant Beauty, India has created more than a salon—it’s a sanctuary. She fosters an environment where women can relax, connect, and uplift one another, emphasizing community and collaboration as part of the beauty experience. Her approach goes beyond styling; it’s about creating lasting memories, cultivating confidence, and helping clients rediscover their own light.
India’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that beauty is transformative when paired with care and intention. By continually honing her craft and expanding her understanding of wellness, she ensures that her work remains both innovative and deeply personal.
