Dairy Reeves
Dairy was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and relocated to Los Angeles in 2006, carrying with her a deep faith, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering sense of purpose. Though she left behind family, church, and familiar surroundings, her foundation in Christ remained firmly intact. Shortly after settling in the U.S., Dairy began organizing small prayer groups with close friends—relationships that have endured and flourished over the years. Her passion for Christ and love for the Word continue to shape her daily life, guiding her decisions and defining her purpose. For Dairy, the Kingdom is not just a belief—it is her primary business.
Professionally, Dairy is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader. She launched her first car rental business at just seventeen years old and has since built an impressive career spanning sales, finance, and business development. With years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, she currently oversees multiple ventures alongside her husband, bringing strategic insight, discipline, and vision to every endeavor she touches. Her leadership style is rooted in integrity, excellence, and a commitment to empowering others to grow and succeed.
More recently, Dairy has embarked on a new chapter as a co-owner of Radiant Beauty, where she merges heritage, wellness, and purpose. Through healthy Dominican hairstyling techniques—honoring her mother and her roots—she celebrates cultural beauty while fostering confidence and self-worth. Her work extends beyond the chair, creating space for women from all walks of life to feel seen, valued, and empowered.

India Gault
India was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN and relocated to Los Angeles in 2015. She has devoted more than twenty years to the beauty industry, seeing her work not just as a career but as a true calling. With skill, patience, and a reputation for excellence, she has become a trusted figure known for blending her artistry with genuine care. Her goal is simple yet powerful: that every client who leaves her chair feels not only radiant on the outside, but also empowered and confident within.

She fosters an environment where women can relax, connect, and uplift one another, emphasizing community and collaboration as part of the beauty experience.
